Sherrod v. Sherrod's Administrators

lying on the East side of the Spring Creek, a live, along which the the centre of said Creek is to be the boundary between the lands of said Charles F. Sherrod and said William C. Sherrod and also one undivided half of said Island known as Cow Island and the other said Island lying near it containing about fifty acres in said Tennessee River, also one half of all the horses, mules, cattle, hogs and sheep, and plantation utensils on said Home plantation at the time of said testators death, and the increase of said stock [?] since testatives death, except the part to be contributed there from to the plantatives to be stocked and furnished for Sammuel W Sherrod's children as hereinbefore directed, according to the provisions of said will, and also one third part according to the value of the nigro slaves and one third increase named in the trust created by said will for the benefit of the said Susan A. Shackelford to be held by him subject to the provisions of the said will in favour of Mrs Talitha Sherrod (widow of testator)

And it is further ordered and decreed that in the division of said negro slaves named in the bequest to Mrs Susan A. Shackelford between said Mrs Susan A. Shackelford and said William C. Sherrod and said Charles F. Sherrod as mentioned in said will, the following slaves shall be included in the lot assigned to said Susan A. Shackelford that is to say, Weaver Greer [?], Harrell, Matthew, and their children, and the increase of said slaves since the death of the said testator. And it is furthermore ordered and decreed that said administrators of the Estate of said testator deliver to Sammuel Goode Watkins the property bequeathed to him in the said will, viz. the following negro slaves, that is to say Eli and Alexis, sons of Cooper [?] Joe and Mary.
