Twenty third District - Middle Chancery Division
To Daniel Turnipseed and to his counsellors
attorneys, solicitations and agents - Greeting
Whereas it has been represented in our said
Court of Chancery, at Carrollton, for the Twenty
third District of the Middle Chancery Division of
said State, on the part of Hugh Cunningham
that he has lately exhibited his Bill of Complaint
in the said Court of Chancery against you the
said Daniel Turnipseed, to be relieved touching
the matters therein complained of, in which
Bill it is stated among other things that you
the said Daniel are prosecuting in the said
Circuit Court of said Pickens County against
him the said Hugh, a certain action of de-
inue for certain slaves therin named, and
described, and also a certain action of debt on a
