confirmed except as to the claims of Alexander Russell
& Bradly Wilson & Co which is taken by the
Court under advisement
It is further that the account of John
Turrentine as the administrator of A S
Perkins dec rendered under oath be and the
same is in all things confirmed
It is further ordered that after payment
of the amount hereinbefore allowed to David
P Lewis the administrator of Mary S Webb dec
that the balance of the said note of A S
Perkins & others be paid to William H Walker
as the administrator of John Webb decd
It is further ordered that all other
questions not herein disposed of be reserved
for the future action of the Court

In term time
By the previous orders of this Court it was
ordered that John Turrentine as the administrator
of the estate of A S Perkins decd file with
the special Register of this cause his
account and statement of the assets which belong
to the estate of the said Perkins decd and which
had come into his hands. And how he the said
Turrentine had paid out and disbursed
the same. And it appearing to the
satisfaction of this Court, that the said
Turrentine as the administrator aforesaid has in
all things complied with the order of said
Court touching the same. And said
Statement and account Showing the assets of
said estate which have come into the hands
of the said Turrentine as the administrator
aforesaid and that he has charged himself
with all the assets of said estate which have
come into his hands and has credited himself
only with such credits as by law he is entitled
to. And the said account being sustained
by legal & Sufficient vouchers. And no
objection or exception having been taken
