Hydro Electric Commission have
[-] contract for the construction of
[-]r pipe line at Eugenia. At pres-
[ent ther]e is one flume leading from the
[-] Dam to the Power House. This
[-]s about nine feet in diamete at
[-] of the hill, but narrows to six
[-]arther down. The new line will
[-] same size. The survey of the
[-]ne was completed a couple of
[-] ago, and the work of construct-
[-]ould start any time now. About
[-]ars ago a third generator was
[-]hed in the Eugenia Plant. It
[-]t been possible to use this satis-
[-] owing to the fact that there was
[-]fficient water coming down the
[-]pe to operate the three gener-
[-] With the Eugenia system hooked
[-] the Niagara power line, and
[- Eu]genia plant only called on to
[- t]he peak load of the current, the
[-]tion of the new pipe means
[-] increased power to local users.
