Later Sunday -
went to St. Peters at 4 P.M.
Enjoyed the service - and the
organ & violin recital following.
Came back and prepared for
dinner at the Kenmore - Byron -
Anne Pingle - Darling McLellan
& myself. Had a taxi call.
and the drive must have been
3 sheets in the wind. Instead
of taking us to the Kenmore -
he landed us at the Hampton -
We had a wonderful dinner
The taxi driver was to call
for us at 9 10. at 9 20 he
was still absent - so we
called another man. The
best part was tha thte first
taxi driver hadn't been paid
Not I don't know whether
he knows where to call
