Church, and composed of two boys,
and the rest girls. They had a
small pipe organ, a very nice church,
and [crossed through] form of service very much like
our own. We boys in Khaki were
invited to a classroom in the rear
for lunch & coffee and about
fifteen minutes of social chat.
I was there two weeks ago also.
The Y.M.C.A. huts certainly do wonders
for the soldiers by giving concerts
and services, and some of the best
talent in the land is secured. We
soldiers certainly have many things
done to make life civilized, and I
hate to think of some of the results
if it were not for these uplifting influences.

We have a fine speaker for
Chaplain, Capt. Lavelle. Our service
this morning was held in the Mess
but, although on the three previous
Sundays we had open air services.
But it was sure cold, or perhaps
more properly called chilly. The
