Friend Bob, I have just gone through the Llano exhibit car which is in Austin today. Some days ago I met bro C Coll, he was on his way back to Llano & made me promise to visit the exhibit car. I wish I had run out to Llano. I have not run across Charlie T but saw Paul Smith he said he saw Charlie nearly every day, I was out this morning to the Austin Dam. It is a wonderful piece of work and I am very glad that I went, I am not

through my business as yet & it will probably be a month or more before I can return to Orange. The weather is very disagreable here today, been misting rain all day & is now raining quite hard. I met Dr. Stone on the train he came on to Austin, he had lots of questions to ask about Orange & Mrs. Keffle &c. Hope every thing is moving along all right. I look over the news carefully each day to see if any thing unusual is happening in Orange. Give my regards to all. Your Friend D. Coll
