through my business as yet
& it will probably be a month or
more before I can return to Orange.
The weather is very disagre-
able here today, been misting
rain all day & is now
raining quite hard. I
met Dr. Stone on the train he
came on to Austin, he had
lots of questions to ask about
Orange & Mrs. Keffle &c. Hope
every thing is moving
along all right. I look
over the news carefully each
day to see if any thing
unusual is happening
in Orange. Give my regards
to all. Your Friend
