Both minors have loaned at interest jointly $1848.25
Duo to both jointly from George W. Harden about 200.00
John J. Pace about 200.00
Cornelia owns a slave Minerva appraised in the distribution of James Houyes Estate filed at the present time of the Court 600.00
James Houyes Estate or the heirs thereof two her 361.75
Aurelis owns a slave Nett appraised in the Distribution of Jmaes Houyes Estate filed at the present term of the Court at 500.00
Also 1/2 of the tract of land on whih said James resdies the South East hald as by said appraisment valued at 922.00/1422.00
She owes Houyes estate or the heris thereof 46025 } 961.75

The State of Texas County of Rusk} Personally appraised before the undersigned authority James A. Houyes guardian of the above named minors who being duly sworn says the above is a full and complete inventory of the Estate of said minors so far the James has same has come to his knowledge
