We the undersigned having mutially [mutually] agreed to organize our Selves into a church of christ and having invited a presbytery of ministers to recognize us as Such, met the 15 day of May A.D. 1886 The following proceedings were had to wit.

4th By motion and Second the articles of Faith as recorded in Pendletons Church Manual were read and adopted to wit
