We the undersigned having mutially [mutually] agreed to organize our Selves into a church of christ and having invited a presbytery of ministers to recognize us as Such, met the 15 day of May A.D. 1886 The following proceedings were had to wit.
1st By motion and Second Eld E B Eakin and Eld John Holland were appointed moderator and clerk pro tem respectively
