We the undersigned having mutially [mutually] agreed to organize our Selves into a church of christ and having invited a presbytery of ministers to recognize us as Such, met the 15 day of May A.D. 1886 The following proceedings were had to wit.

1st By motion and Second Eld E B Eakin and Eld John Holland were appointed moderator and clerk pro tem respectively

2nd Letters were called for and read from the following named brethern [brethren] and Sisters to wit.

We believe that the Holy Bible was written by men devinely inspired, and is a perfect-[illegible] of Heavenly instruction, that is-has God for its author Salvation for its end, ² and truth without-any mixture of error for its Master, ³ that is-reveals the principles by which God will Judge us, ⁴ and therefor is and Shall remain to the end of the world, [illegible] Center of Christian Union, ⁵ and the [illegible] Standard by which all human [illegible], and opinions should be
