Wolle sent me a lot of his things. Some
I named and some went to Bornet. Most
of the menues were entirely wrong and
in some cases the specimens were too poor
to identify at all. Bornet's names and
mine were given to Wolle who used them
without acknowledgement often misspelling the names. and to those that
he was told were too poor for identification
he gave names to suit himself. He sent
me on a lot of manuscript in which I
corrected a lot of bad mistakes and told
him that his genera were very bad. He
made use of my corrections and immediately
published his list without any acknowledgements.

To begin with paper Vol. VI no. 27.
The late Dr. M. G. Thuret whose paper he
read was Gustav Thuret and Wolle has
paid no attention to his paper except to
muddle up a few synonyms.

Gloeocopsa Itzigsohmi is a manuscript
name of Bornet. Now did Wolle
know anything about it. He sent the
specimen named G. Magna. There is no
such species. There is a G. Magma,
