I spoke to some Polish
boys of a group of boys my
age. They were placed in a

concentration camp at the
age of seventeen and were
there for five years. They told
me that the only thing that concern-
ed the Nazis was how to kill
the people fast enough. One of
the methods they used at first
was to inject benzine[?] or a
strond acid either into the
heart or veins with a large
hypodermic. This killed them
instantly but it was not efficient
for large numbers of people so
new methods were evolved.
They were herded into a large
barracks, 800 at a time, and
all the doors and windows
