Brumfield	September 18, 1858 - September 25, 1858 18th September in my Runlet, the have finished stacking fodder up there put up 9 stacks & apiece began _{in Lot below Kitchen –}to cut Tobacco this 18th Friday in ^evening 18th quite Cool one of Sows has 6 pigs Mrs Hunts^{went to Riceville to meeting} called, I got home last night about 10 Oclock in night, - 19 stayed at home I went to H. Fletcher Burial. Jerry went to Riceville 20.
