of Ipecac salt & Molasses & in evening give him
a Dose of Calomel & Ipecac & this morning
oil he is tolerable the others getting better Doct
wooding went to Lynchg yesterday Sewing oats
at Vaughans Place let Chumbly have 3 Bus
to sew there, - fine weather Smith & bob at
raking over at new ground in old field
Sent Bob for Doct Perrow in evening he came

5. My wife gone to CH. Bob carried her took down
all our Hams & shoulders this morning raining
some to day cleared off in evening Raymond
Poorly Henry & Harry Halling rails around Corn
field fence Claiborne raking – – –

6th My wife came from CH. Mrs Hargrave Died
on Thursday before she got up there

7th. Doct Perrow came here this morning by
light Miss Mary Coleman commenced teaching schoolto see Raymond, he is yet bad
Elvira at old place& Ben mending slowly - Raining our
Burning Logs Trash etc in new ground next
to Mrs Whiteheads continues to Rain smartly

8th Raining this morning Making brooms Baskets
etc daubing Houses till 12 oclock Henry went
whiteheads Mill 7½ Corn for meal, balance cutting
& malling wood, in new ground, still cloudy
& like for Rain, Raymond I hope better -

9th. Raining & cool have not seen the sun since
last Sunday & quite cool, cutting & malling wood some
to day - Rain stoped them, Raymond we hope is better

10. We hope Raymond is better, cleared of[f] this
morning cutting malling & halling wood to day
My wife gone to Mrs Colemans to day –

11th. Sent Henry to Millers Mill 7½ Bus. wheat for
flour, 1 Dutch Plow Hoe & 1 Colter to Pint Sent Iron
he is to get Plank & shovel, Bob & Claiborne
fencing next to Mrs Whiteheads little Henry sick
& Buck at Plantation; fine morning, Raymond
I dont know how he is, others better I hope
cut Mrs Doves childs Jaw again
