Tuesday, March 12, 1918

A cloudy windy day and
rain tonight. Ben worked on
his plant beds. Owen plowed
until it rained.

Josie commenced washing
but quit before she finished
as the weather was so bad.
I got dinner.

Josie commenced making bats
for her quilt. To night
I mended my gloves.

Franklin has a very bad colde.
