A beautiful day. Some warm.
Jim and Ben helped Owen
strip tobacco after shucking
some corn and carrieing
it to the corn house and
feeding the cows. Marvin
loaded his waggon and
sent it on to Gretna.

The children went to school.
Josie and I got dinner.

I have went to sleep
and let my book fall twice.
Dont know any thing worth
writing so I will quit.
