Wednesday February 2, 1921

A skiff of snow this morning.
All gone tonight. Jim loaded
the wagon with tobacco and
started to Gretna. I hope he got
there ok. Ben and Josie
went to Jim Powers. Mrs
Car
did come with them
home. They think now that
they will go to Charlottsville
in the morning.

Franklin is bad off with
colde. Henry went to
school to day.

Ben bought Edna a new
pair of shoes today.
Josie and I ironed some
to day. I killed a chicken
for dinner.
