A cloudy morning but no
rain. I am haveing an easy
time. My hip hurts me
some yet I worked two
button holes and hemed
two quilts and gathered
some peas today. Earl
& Lonnie Bennett
plowed some but they
need rain bad. They
watered their plant
beds to night.

Alma went visiting
this evening. Lizzie
attends to the cows and
chickens. She has five
little turkeys. They are
getting on fine.

I certainly do want
to know how they are
at home. Hope I will
hear soon.
