A good day. I was at home this morning and got
most of the breakfast.
After breakfast Ben said
he would carrie me to Gretna
& to Carries and I could
stay until Sunday. I got
ready as fast as I could
and we went. He carried
the children as far as the
school house. I went to
Carries at ten oclock. Fond
them weel. I eat dinner
and worked some button
holes in Carries baby's aprons.
Had a good evening.

Thought a bout them
at home a lot while I
was a way.
