Tuesday, May 30, 1922

A good day. Jim plowed corn
all day. Ben & Josie & Mrs
Car come home this evening
I was glad to have them
at home but so sorry
that the Dr could not
help her in some way
The [?] school closed
today. I am glad to have the
children at home a while.
This evening Mrs. Booker
come a while. Mrs Edmons
stoped a few minutes
Jim & [Lizzie?] and [Loraine?]
and Frances & Shirley & [Cary?]
Jefferson come by from
the Red House. I was glad to
see them. I dropped some ink
an made a mess of it.
