A good day. The men
worked on their tobacco
land most of the day.
Oh how I wist we
could have rain.
I have felt bad
all day. Guess
walking up to Renan
had something to do
with my bad feelings.
I have bin busy
all day. Cleaned
up the chickens coop.
I gathered a few
strawberries today. The
first that has ripened
this spring. Lelia Ward
sent me some salit
for dinner. I fried
some pies this morning.
Ben is very much
comnplaining tonight.
He has a very bad colde.
Jim had a letter from
Nellie today.
