9:25 Day of first drop
Paul + Lillian seasick - this morning sunlight hot but high cumulus to the south. 8 to 10 foot swells. Boat rocking steadily. Breakfast - tried to make oat bran but water slurped out of bowl - too unsteady - granola banana + okra.

The day I dove in the water after celebrating the first drop only to disloate my shoulder when I hit the water. 3 hours before Coast Guard arrived + reset my shoulder with morphines help. Spent a week + three days recuperating then flew to meet the boat in Bermuda.
