Q. 352 Are you prepared to answer ques=
=tion 351, propounded at the last meeting?

A. I am not prepared to answer it in
full, but can answer it by giving a
list of the "stock"[scribbled out] original stockholders of
the Central Pacific Railroad Company
of California in full, with the dates
of their ownership, and the number of
shares of each, with the exception that
there are fifty shares that I have not
been able to trace. I will supply that omission.

amount of 405.657 shares.
