I am sick & tired of my proximity
to my neighbours. a piano
with two to practice on one
side – a fiddle & a melodian
which has lately made its
appearance on the other. &
sometimes the children try the
flute (with no success however).
Mr Slemmer is courting Anna
King & he plays on the violin
& she on the piano in concert,
but we live too close to enjoy
it. I could pull Uncle Sam's
nose for putting so many
in one building – the little
girl is now playing "If I had
a beau." I wish she had one
& was gone to the man's with
him piano & all. Write soon
