California Sole owner
of the Bark or vessel called the Daniel Webster

of the burthen of 297 64/95 tons, or thereabouts, for and
in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred and Sixty
16/100 Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America, to me in hand paid
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, by
John C. Bushnell of Westbrook
State of Connecticut
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, and am
therewith fully satisfied, contented and paid, have bargained and sold, and
by these presents do bargain and sell unto the said
John C. Bushnell his
executors, administrators and assigns, Four Thirty Second
of the said Bark or vessel: together with Four Thirty Second
the mast, bowsprit, sails, boat, anchors, cables, and all other necessaries
thereunto appertaining and belonging: the Certificate of the Register
