I, Cyrus C. Richmond of San Francisco
State of California, of the age of twenty six
years, and being of sound mind and memory
do make, publish, and declare this my last
will and testament in manner following.
I direct that all my past debts be paid.
Item. ... I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved

all my real and personal estate of every name
