on board the Brig called the S. D. Horton
whereof Spalding is master now lying at the port
of New York and bound for Sacramento City. To say

being marked and numbered as in the margin and are to be delivered in the
like order and condition at the port of Sacramento City (the dangers
of the seas fire & collision only excepted) unto John N. Ryerson
or to his assigns he or they paying freight for the said Mdz
One dollar and twelve & half cents per cubic foot
with 5% primage and average accustomed In witness whereof the master or purser
of the said vessel hath affirmed to four Bills of Lading all of this tenor and date
one of which being accomplished the others to stand void
