We lay in Sight of a small
Island which Sailors call
the Burying ground. it is not
Inhabited by any human
being, as far as I could learn
this Island is only a short
distance from St. Domingo
or Hati [Haiti], which Island we
were in Sight of about the
16th Inst. we also propece [prospect]
Several Smaller Islands
on the Same line with St.
Domingo or Hati [Haiti], these are
Called Turks Island the
Capitol is Called Grand Turk
there is the Salt Keys and
the Sand Keys, with many
