kind & was a most thrilling &
interesting speaker. It did us good
to hear him. Colonel Glassford
sent his best to you – his son is
in the front line & is also a
full Colonel now. His other son is
in the war zone at sea. He is Commander
now! Poor Mrs Glassford has been ill in
bed and is still from the result of her
nerve strain and anxiety she is going
through. I know how to sympathise with
her – but I still keep on my feet almost
to my own surprise!!
