things slip and "vous voila". I had
a pretty gay week last for Will
Palmer of New York was visiting me
and we took in the merry whirl
of theaters, hotels, dances, parties
etc. It quite did me up for a bit
but now I am getting straightened
around.

The weather here has been
rotten first a good hot day
then rain the next, for a week
or so then another hot day and
then rain the next for a week
so on. Its tiresome and gets ones
nerves after a bit.

Was sorry you could not
take a trip up to Boston when
you were East for I know you
