short time, but I just long for
you, my sweetheart, and the longing
will be still worse when I get back
to New York with nothing to do and
no one to think about except you,
time goes so slowly there.

chased us or anything, but it has

the hot water and the coffee has
boiled so I must leave you.
Goodbye Sneddy darling, lots
of love from your own
Betty Marston Black
