Dear Bro:

Only a line to let you know
that I am fine.

I am glad you are learning to
dance but you want to be careful
what kind of a dance you go to.
And another thing don’t learn to
smoke just because the fellows
with you smoke. Are you still
going to night school?

I will buy you one of those small
medals the next time I go to town.
It might be a month before I can
go to town but you can expect it,
most any time.
