Dearest Marie,

I received your darling letter
of Mar 2, to day and you do not know
how glad I was to hear from you. I
always look forward to your letters
but dear them seem few and far
between. I am very sorry to hear that
you have not been well but sincerely
hope you are now in good health.
Your dear aunt sure is a joke and
her little note sure made me laugh.
I was glad to hear from her as that
is the first word I have received
since I left S.F. I received a couple
of letters from home and one from
Walter, John and Elsie. Darling
