The company I was in 162 Inf. has been split
up and the boys are all over France. I happened
to bump into some of them one day and they
sure wish they were back in the states.

I am glad to hear your dad was elected
delegate to the convention. I am sure he will en-
joy the trip to Santa Cruz and it certainly will
be a rest and a change for him. I wish I was
going there with him. I wrote to Martha but
have not received any answer from her so far.
Give the folks all my best regards and they
are enjoying the best of health and happiness.
Louis Crawford is in the army and stationed
at Fremont and he is acting coporal like
my big brother. Have you heard any thing
of the newly-weds? Do you know if Bill
Larsen
joined the army or navy?

Well darling I have no more news. By

affinity? The party sent my ma the cards
is not even personally acquainted with me
and the reason they were was to my ma
