it was rainy and

marching wee crossed

campt one mile from
green ville for the
night the news is
that lee has
surenderd his army
and there is no
more movements
to be made on the
enemy the colonel
has just had the regt
up a reading the
the dispatch of the
surender of lee.
and he made a few
remarks concerning the
regt and Brigade.
