Rule 3. Nonmembers shall pay 2.00 dollars
for one child, 1.50 each if they send
2 children and 1.00 for each child
if more than 2.

Rule 4.
The teacher shall not accept any child
to our school without a written permit from
the president properly attested by the
secretary.

Rule 5.
The board of officers shall constitute
the school board.

Rule 6.
Any Israelite residing in this city
having children whom they desire
to attend our school and are
not able to pay for their (schooling) tuition,
shall make proper application to the
school board when in session,
when said board may issue a
permit free of charge.

The above rules shall be printed
and posted in the school room, also
in the synagogue.
