Resignation of Mr. S. A. Hamburger and
M. A. Hamburger was read and on motion,
accepted.
A set of rules and regulations was received
from Mr. Gerstman, and also asking for a
pulpit was read, and as so far as of a pulpit
this it was accepted, and order made
and in regard to the rules and regulations
was on motion, left to a committee of 4 to confer with
Rev. Gerstman and report at a call of special meeting. Carried.
The President appointed Mr. Robertscheck,
Hamburger, Newmark, and M. Levy.
The delinquent list of members was read
and on motion, the dues was remitted
as follows:

Mr. M. Wilson was authorized to get a sprinkler
and brush and present the bill to the Board.
On motion, the Secretary was instructed to communicate with
Miss Birnbry in regard to the raffle what
Miss Birnbry so kindly made for the benefit
of the Congregation B'nai Israel, and to ask for that amount.
On motion, the Vice President was empowered to
fix the necessary things in the Synagogue [??around].
