The regular monthly meeting of
board of officers were held
at 7 1/2 o'clock P.M.

Mr. M. Robertscheck, Vice President,
presiding.
At roll call, the following
officers were noted absent.
L. Elkus, President, and Messrs. Steinman,
Phillips, Kozminsky, Lavinson.

There being no quorum
present, the Vice President declared
this meeting adjourned until
Sunday, September 2th, 1883.
