The regular monthly meeting
of the Board of Officers was held
at Mr. B. Kozminskys office
at 10 1/2 o'clock A.M.

Mr. L. Elkus, President, in the chair.
At roll call, Mr. S. Lavenson
was noted absent.

The minutes of the last regular
meeting was read and approved.

Mr. J. Cooper appeared before this Board
and apologized for not attending
at the Hanukkah Festival.
On motion, the same was accepted.

The committee on Hanukkah Festival
made their report as follows:
Collect to the amount of $76.00
Paid out of this amount 66.60
Balance on hand $9.40

On motion, the same was received
and the committee requested to hand over
the balance to the Secretary, and the
committee discharged. Carried.
