Sacramento, May 21th, 1889

Special meeting of the Board
of Officers was held at 7 1/2 o'clock P.M.
Mr. L. Elkus president in the chair.
At roll call, a quorum was present.

The president stated that Mr. Weinstock
will go east and it would be adviseable
to authorize him in regard to
Rabbi.

On motion, it was resolved
to give Mr. H. Weinstock full
power to act for us in selection
of a Rabbi. Carried.

On motion, the secretary be instructed
to communicate with Mr. Weinstock
and ask him to select a Rabbi.

No further business appearing,
the meeting adjourned.
