Sacramento, October 30th, 1883 A special meeting was called at 10 1/2 o'clock A.M. There being no quorum present except the President, L. Elkus, Messrs. Robertcheck & Morris, the President stated he received a dispatch from Dixon that a child of Mr. Goodman died and they want to buried at 12 A.M. the same day. It was decided that the president charge for the ground $20.00. S. Morris, Sec.
