The drive for increased dues has resulted [??]
of the synagogue being considerably increased. [??]
is yet short to the extent of $35.00 per month [??]

The Board felt that this condition should be called to
your attention with the request that you continue your
efforts to secure new members in number sufficient to
cover this present deficit of $35.00 per month.

As it is only by increasing the revenue of the synagogue
to the amount mentioned that the present rate of expenditures
can be continued, the Board feels sure that you will
be able to increase the membership as suggested, and await
your reply with interest.
