At the Twenty-sixth Council of the Union of
A.H.C. which met in Boston in May, 1919, the following
amendment to the By-laws was adopted:

NATIONAL ADVISORY BOARD

Section 41-a.

The National Advisory Board of the Union
shall consist of the delegates appointed to
represent their congregations at the
biennial Council. The members of the National
Advisory Board so constituted shall hold
over until the meeting of the next biennial
Council.

Your congregation did not appoint delegates
to the last biennial Council. In order that we may have a
full representation on the National Advisory Board I would
respectfully suggest the appointment of your representatives.
You are entitled to one representative, and one
additional representative for every twenty-five contributing
members above twenty-five.
