Dear Mr. Binder:

It is with regret that I herewith tender my resignation
as Vice President and [Trustee -- crossed out] of your congregation.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the association of the officers
and members of your board but matters of very great personal
importance compel me to take the stand I do and I urgently
request that you please accept my resignation forthwith.

If you desire I will continue as chairman of the By-laws
committee and do all in my power, with the assistance of the
members of my committee to submit copy at the next monthly
Board meeting.
