at the Hotel Sacramento. Present at the meting

Rothholz.

President Binder reported that Mr. Max Simon,

the necessary work.

He reported that he had received six bids,
only two which he considered worthy of

him to vote on their behalf and upon further
assurance of President Binder that he would
give personal supervision to the execution
of the work, it was moved and seconded that
the bid of Schneider, Chappell and Jones be
accepted.

President Binder appointed Mr. Caesar Rothholz
to act with him to supervise the work
done by Schneider, Chappell and Jones.

No further business appearing the members
adjourned until call of the President.
