Monthly meeting of the Board was
called after services with all officers
excepting C.P. Nathan present.

The Rabbi was called upon and
delivered some remarks as to
increasing the membership.

Mr. Goldsmith undertook to handle
the names of Ben and Oscar Bloomberg
and the Kaufman Bros. towards
getting their memberships.

It was moved that the charity box funds
shall be turned over to the Benevolent Society
instead of the Ladies Auxiliary.

Rabbi Fried and Mrs. Marks were
appointed as a committee to investigate
as to why the children of members do
not attend Sunday School.

The cemetery matter was also discussed.

Nothing further appearing, the meeting
adjourned.
