Mr. L. Heilbron stated that the filling up in the cemetery
has been completed at a cost of $ 25.00. On motion it was
ordered to draw a warrant on the Treasurer for that amount
to be taken out from special cemetery funds.
Mr. Heilbron moved that the balance of the cemetery fund
in the Treasury be reverted to the general fund. The motion
prevailed.

The Secretary was instructed to communicate with
Mr. S. Gerson, stating that his resignation could not be
accepted unless he gives a note payable at any time
as he sees fit or making it in monthly installments,
otherwise he will be suspended for nonpayment of dues.
The Secretary was also instructed to make out the bills
for $50.00 each for Mr. Dennery and S.S. Nathan for the
privilege of reserving burial plots in cemetery, also to
notify Mrs. Bories to pay the balance of $50.00 for the plot.
The Secretary was instructed to write a letter of apology
to Mr. S. Marks for the action of the collector, which
the Board regrets very much, and he is welcome when
ever he can find it convenient to attend services at
the synagogue.

No further business appearing, the meeting
adjourned

Leon Salomon,
Secretary
