Sacramento, January 29, 1902
The regular monthly meeting of the board of
officers of the congregation B'nai Israel was called
to order by Mr. Albert Elkus, president.
Roll call of and absentees noted noted.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
The president stated that he had received an
answer from Rabbi Kaplan who would arrive
here about middle of month of February.
The monthly salaries were allowed as follows
M. Wilson, collector 40.00
Mr. Mohns, taking care cemetery 15.00
Mrs. Hanley, organist 10.00
Mrs. M. Ross, singing 10.00
Cleaner 8.00
The following bills were read and
ordered paid
Rabbi Margolis officiating funeral Mrs. Price 25.00
