The board of the officers met in the synagogue
& called to order by the president. All present
except H. Weinstock & L. Salomon.
The reading of the minutes of previous meeting
were dispensed with.

Moved & seconded that the rabbi be granted a
vacation from the 3rd Friday night in June to 1st
Friday night in Sept., the motion was carried.
The secretary was instructed to notify the choir
that their services would not be required after
July.
The application of Aaron Nathan for the position
of sexton and collector was withdrawn.
Aaron Wilson was elected to fill the vacancy
of shamus to serve till the annual
meeting.
The president & vice president reported they had
compromised with the heirs of Mrs. N.J. Nathan
for $75.00 on account of misunderstanding.
No further business appearing, the meeting
adjourned
