L. Heilbron reported that he received from
Phil C. Cohn from Folsom, $20.00 donation to
the congregation. The same amount was paid over
to the treasurer. The secretary was instructed to
communicate with Mr. Cohn and thank him
in the name of the congregation.

No further business appearing, the meeting
adjourned.

Special Meeting
Sacramento, July 7, 1903

At the call of the president, the Board met in
the synagogue at 8 P.M. Mr. Albert Elkus,
president, presiding. The president stated
the object of the meeting was for the purpose
of completing arrangements for the sale of the
synagogue.

Roll call, vice president, Mr. B. Wilson and trustee
Mr. A. Bonheim noted absent.

The communication from
Chas. E. Wright addressed to Leon Salomon, A. Bonheim,
and Emil Steinman giving notice that he
offered to pay the sum of $7500.00 on condition to
convey to him a good and valid title to the synagogue
and lot, by a good and sufficient grant deed,
free from all liens and encumbrances. That
the offer was made in compliance with the terms
of an agreement of sale of said real
property on the 8th day of May 1903.

That at the time of said actual production
and tender of said sum of $7500.00 and ever since the
date of said agreement, he has been and he is still
able and willing to make said payment of $7500.00 upon
conveying to him a good and valid title.
